In May 2019, 25 young adults successfully completed Apache Industrial Services apprenticeship training

class.  They were trained in Painting, Insulation, Sandblasting and Scaffolding, as well as Safety training.

Each were offered full-time employment by Apache in the local area.

Next25 played an instrumental role in promoting the training and ensuring that our young people

had opportunity to access this training and the resulting skilled-trade employment.
